Delivery Information

UK P&P Rates:

- P&P on all orders £3.00 & below = £1.40

- P&P on all orders between £3.01 & £5.00 = £1.90

- P&P on all orders between £5.01 & £8.00 = £2.95

- P&P on all orders between £8.01 & £44.99 = £4.95

- P&P on all orders £45.00 & over = FREE  

- Pick up from us @ PO15 (Whiteley, Hampshire) = FREE

 To take advantage of collecting from us for free, simply select the "Pick Up" option when you go through the checkout.


UK delivery is usually within 2-4 working days. Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail or Hermes tracked service. 

We reserve the right to send an item via a "tracked" service, which will require a signature upon delivery.


International P&P Rates:

At the current time, we do not sell to customers from outside of the UK.


**Postage times are estimates and not guarantees. They may be affected by factors over which The Perfect Pressie has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive (and possibly longer for International postage). The Perfect Pressie will take no action on these orders until the delivery service provider considers the packet/parcel to no longer be delayed, but "missing" e.g. for Royal Mail this is 6 weeks.

Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your order to arrive if it is required for a specific day. 



If you change your mind upon receipt of any item ordered (with the exception of earrings, which for hygiene reasons, will not be able to be returned for a refund or exchange) you can return it to us within 14 days.  This will be at additional cost to yourself.  

Upon safe receipt of the item/s to ourselves, in the condition in which it/they were despatched to you, and in the original, undamaged packaging, a refund for the item/s will be provided.  However, this will not include the cost of the original P&P, only the cost of the product/s.

NB. we are unable to accept returns of earrings, either for refund or exchange, for hygiene reasons.

Please be careful when trying on clothing items that you are not wearing any makeup, deodorant, body lotion or jewellery that may leave a scent, mark or damage the item. Unfortunately if any items are returned in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to accept them for return. The Perfect Pressie reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item send back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items that The Perfect Pressie can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for return or exchange, when they have reached our returns department within the timeframe outlined.

The Perfect Pressie will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non faulty items that have been worn, washed or with tags removed.

We will not refund or exchange items which we believe failed to meet the standards stated above. Upon the return of the item you will be refunded via your original payment method.

Make returns as normal via the Post Office using Royal Mail. Returns must be paid for by you, and please make sure you obtain proof of postage as this will provide a minimum level of insurance for you should the parcel go missing.  It is advisable where possible, to use the "signed for" service that requires a signature upon receipt, as your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Please contact us in the first instance so that we are aware of your intention and are actively awaiting its return.

Return of a faulty or damaged item

If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us in the first instance to discuss an appropriate course of action in accordance with our Returns Policy.


The Perfect Pressie will try to recycle packaging where possible, so please do not be offended if your packaging looks as though it has been previously used.
